RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

Products like earrings (for hygiene reasons) and customized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
